Tripathi Data provides specialized B2B data services, including computer vision annotation, NLP labeling, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), AI model evaluation, quality assurance, and dataset auditing. Services are delivered according to agreed-upon project specifications and scope.
Client Ownership — clients retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all raw datasets provided to us and final annotated deliverables completed upon full payment. Provider Rights — Tripathi Data retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, internal tools, and operational workflows.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all data provided to Tripathi Data for annotation or evaluation has been lawfully obtained and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripathi Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

At Tripathi Data, we strive to deliver precise, high-quality AI data services. Because our services involve custom, manual labor and specialized professional effort, the following rules apply to project cancellations and refunds.
Before Work Begins — clients may cancel a project order at any time before project kickoff and receive a 100% full refund or full cancellation of unpaid invoices.
Active Projects — if a client cancels an ongoing project after work has commenced, the client is billed only for the completed work hours or completed milestones up to the exact date and time of written cancellation notice. Any unearned advance deposits will be refunded.
All approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (via Stripe or original payment provider) within 5 to 10 business days of refund approval.
